Hi guys, planning to apply next cycle. CA resident, non-URM. I graduated in 2014 from a top-10 liberal arts college. I am interested in a career in academic medicine, so aiming for schools with a strong research focus. Research-wise, I am fortunate to have worked in labs with kind and supportive PI's. I have raised my GPA from a 3.0 freshman year, but am not sure how competitive I am for the top-tier schools on my list. Any suggestions on adding more schools would be greatly appreciated!...
